Super Scooper Assembly Instructions

1

Unpack

Remove all cardboard packaging and unwrap both draw bars.

2

Draw Bars

A: Insert towing draw bar (the one with two holes on the top) into the trailer mode side. B: You will need to gently pull the locking pin up to allow towing draw bar to side all the way in. Note holes to the top. C: Insert the scooping draw bar all the way in on the Super Scooper (for storage while in trailer mode). Note lynch pin inserted into the front hole.

3

Unpack The Box

Unpack the box, there should be two wheels, two bolts (one with washers, spring washer and nut), plus four split pins.

4

Wheels

Check that all the wheel bolts/nuts are tight on both wheels and there is good air pressure in both wheels.

5

Wheel Axle Inside

Insert a split pin each inside hole of the wheel axle. To install the split pin, insert in half way then open the ‘legs’ and bend the ‘head’ slightly over.

Do this for both sides.

6

Wheel Axle Outside

Slide a wheel on (make sure the tyre air inlet is on the outside). Then insert a split pin on the outside hole.

Do this for both sides.

7

High Adjustment for Scooping Edge

Next screw half way in the smallest bolt into the scooping side.

This is to adjust the travel of the scooping draw bar.

If you screw the bolt down it will lift the scooping edge up off the ground, used for sandy and muddy places.

If you screw the bolt up will lower the scooping edge onto the ground.

8

Scooping Draw Bar

Pull the scooping draw bar out and install the bolt, washers and nut.

Note: this Scooping draw bar can be turned either way up to give further adjustment to allow for different tow bar heights on the towing vehicle .

9

Lynch Pin

Pull the scooping draw bar out and put the lynch pin in the back hole. Note it’s very important that for scooping, the draw bar is locked into the back hole! Hook up to your towing vehicle. Now you’re ready to go to scoop up that poo. 😊
